Experience Through Their Eyes

Went on a Friday night mid December. Wasn't very busy at all. There was 2-3 other couples/family that was there. Friendly attentive service. My friend had the lobster ravioli and I had the butternut squash ravioli. Both were very good but I really loved the butternut squash ravioli the most. In fact would love to come back just for that!

My fiancee and I have made it a point to have a meal here every time we visit Door County after trying it out for the first time last year, and every time, we're amazed by the quality of the food and service. The food is all perfectly prepared and always tastes fresh. As for the service, we've had the same waiter each time, and he has helped us with suggestions on events happening in Sister Bay and neighboring communities and sights to see, on top of delivering top-tier food service; tonight, we got a chance to talk to the owners, and enough compliments cannot be said of them. They were extremely kind and helpful, and they have put a lot of work into this delightful restaurant. Tonight was also the first time we've heard live music here, and it was on par with every other experience we've had here - the performer was an excellent guitarist, the volume was perfect, and the melodies were quaint. The music was exactly what you'd want to hear at an Italian restaurant. If you're in Door County, do yourself a favor and have dinner at Pasta Vino!

First Italian fine dining experience in Door County on our 3rd DC visit and truly one of the best experiences we've had among Italian fare in general. Clean welcoming atmosphere away from the busy business district of Sister Bay boasts a menu with great apps, entrees and a fine wine & spirits list. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and our server Bugs/Bugz who was down-to-earth friendly did an outstanding job tending to our needs. After we were done eating, my wife & I agreed we'll come back again when visiting the county. Definitely one of the best fine dining options in Door County and I hope for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

Just had a delightful experience at Pasta Vino on Thursday. The decor was tasteful, the menu and wine list offered an array of enticing options, the staff was friendly and attentive, our meals were of the highest quality and guitarist Stephen Lovell was fantastic offering up a variety of music that fit in perfectly with our overall dining experience. There are a lot of great restaurants in Door County and Pasta Vino ranks right up there with the best of them. We will definitely be back soon.

My family had a great dinner at Pasta Vino. The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the minestrone soup. Everything else was exceptional. We'll definitely be back!!
